Medical Journal is a service that allows you to record limited amounts of
personal health information on a voluntary basis on servers maintained by
MedFli
or on its behalf.
MedFli
is structured to allow access only to visitors with a valid password. Whenever
you submit or modify your information in your
MedFli
Medical Journal, we will send such information over the Internet using
encryption technology (Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software). The information you
submit to

will be stored on a separate server as an additional security precaution.
However, we do not warrant or represent that the information you submit to
MedFli
Medical Journal will be protected against, loss, misuse, or alteration by third
parties.
You are responsible for taking all reasonable steps to ensure that no

records, password or account. It is your sole responsibility to (1) control the
dissemination and use of activation codes and passwords; (2) authorize,
monitor, and control access to and use of your Medical Journal account and

right to transmit, monitor, retrieve, store and use your information in
